Young children can get bored quickly and may tire as the evening progresses. Teenagers are often glued to their phones (and trying to look effortlessly cool.) Meanwhile older guests are likely to be incredibly proud and emotional watching this new chapter unfold – but may not always connect with the energy or entertainment that appeals to younger adult generations.

For younger adults and teenagers, I can incorporate more modern objects such as mobile phones. For children, I keep things visual and engaging with drawings, colours, and shapes.

Everyone’s different, so for me it’s important that the core experience remains the same for everyone – it’s simply tailored in a way that resonates with each person.
